High School Graduation
Today I read a news article about a lawsuit filed against the State of California for having a High School Exit Exam.
Saying it was discriminatory. Because the students were not given a "Fair Oppertunity" to learn the material on the exam.
And that it wasn't fair that students who couldn't pass the test didn't graduate and get their HS diplomas...........
HELLO, If you don't pass you don't graduate, study harder, learn the material, you don't deserve a diploma and to be a high school graduate if you don't learn the material. If you have been working hard for 13 years like you state in your quote to the news, then you would know the High School Cirriculum to pass the test.
Is this what our country is coming to?

Apparently at Jesse Bethel High School in Vallejo, you can pass the Highschool Exit Exam and still not graduate (at a teacher's whimsical discretion). So passing the exam proves?
