Thank you Noreen, I'm very happy to be back in the clicking world... My clicking finger was missing my clicker...

I do believe my camera has now turned 30,000 pictures this week as well.

for Macro Shooting, I have a Canon 60mm f/2.8 USM lens... mostly I use a flash, I have tried natural light indoors with a long exposure and tripod.. but for flowers, it just doesn't work because of wind. However flash sometimes washes out some of the colors.

Macro is my favorite type of photography, and night photography. As you can see my bird shots do need some practice and really good lighting conditions.
I have some experiments in mind as well for some new types of shots, I read an article about "painting a subject" in a dark room with a flashlight or similar..
