Tea

I've amassed quite a gourmet tea collection....

I just had a nice glass of comfort and joy blend.

A delightful holiday blend of black tea, cinnamon, cloves, spices, and a slight tinge of apple.

New Target Heartrate

I obtained a new target heartrate today, used 2nd treadmill stress test.

it is higher now, so will be easier to maintain....it was to hard to keep it low while working out.

Cardio

Out of a 45 minute workout at Taekwondo tonight
I only spent 7 minutes within my target heart range (yes I got a new wristwatch heart monitor)
the rest of the time was spent ABOVE my target heart range.

I am unsure if this is good or not.

For those who have been praying for me, and I know you are many....
Thank you from the bottom of my attacked heart.

I am asking for your continued prayers as I continue to recover and undergo testing to findout how much more my problems are.
I feel that I am okay.
Although I do have angina from time to time even at rest.
the Rubidium-82 Cardio PET scan Monday will tell more.

I HAVE to reduce the stress in my life to survive. I have stress over so many things that go back even. Pages left unturned, unresolved, pressures from numerous places.

This Holiday Season will be a stressful test of my fortitude and perserverence.

Cardiac Tests

Had another Treadmill Stress Test today.... Did Quite Well.

About all you can get on a weekend, or else another Angiogram, which I just had a month ago.

Actually I just had a treadmill stress test on Monday.

Friday I had a C-T Scan
I'm going to get a PET Rubidium Myocardial Perfusion Scan next.

and going to continue my cardiac rehab program.

I have been bleeding from a vaccination, a Lovenox injection, an IV and 2 blood draw sites, and my nose....

HOLY COW what an experience this is turning out to be.

I have been loging blood pressures of like 106/56 on average, heart rate is averaging 60-70, been exercising at heartrate of 105 for up to 40 minutes.
Not quite sure what the chest pain was Yesterday which caused another hospital stay, but it is enough to make me very scared and aware of my condition at all times.

I'm taking blood thinning medications. Actually while just in hospital last night I got a shot of blood thinning medication in the stomach, injection site bled all night.

my nose has some bleeding, it is not gushing out but has been coming out all day.

What to do?
