I will not even eat one bite of this one folks, i'm on a diet and have actually become quite the healthy food cook lately.

it is just a back by popular demand from when I made it last year for the Work Halloween Pot Luck... Had a few ask if I was bringing it again, cause I guess they like the chocolate.

I'll be snacking on a veggie tray and eating a salad lunch at my Rotary Club meeting.

and YES i'm putting a sign next to it with the nutrition information so my co-workers will know what they are eating........ If I eat this I'm sure that I'll end up IN a graveyard.

remember hearing about it in 4th grade that heart attack victims could put one under their tongue and get themselves out of the woods until they got medical attention.

How Interesting...

Now I have some of them for that exact reason.

and I know how they work, they dialate your blood vessels allowing the blood to pass through them more easily, of course they also give you an instant massive headache.
of course bugs bunny and friends had nitroglycerin to make explosions

last week I had 3 of these pills and still had major chest pain while in the ER.

They ended up giving me an IV of it until the next day.




Should I not have to use these pills, I guess we can rob the pine city stage, or try to blow up the road runner by putting them with bird seed.

More CPAP Madness

WHY oh why do they have to keep changing things that work fine....

to justify existence of design staff?
to save money?

just like when they stopped making the little lufkin scaling tapes, then changed the design and now they suck.........

now the cpap thing sucks..........

doesn't work well and very uncomfortable

why... oh why... must they mess with something until they mess it up........

was already about 1/2 watching what I eat now I have to fully watch it.....

like before.... that was working pretty good at the time actually....

but now I'm on all these heart medications that actually do fill me up so I don't have to eat so much.

Here They Come

Okay so now I've had a heart attack and am home recovering with my new metal device in my Coronary Artery....

I'm sure there will be a ton of heart attack related posts here.........

so the first one is going to be about how funny i thought it was when packing my stuff from the hospital to come home i noticed they put my underwear i came in with (i had non on whilest in there) in a BioHazard bag........

i don't know if i think this is funny, gross, appropriate, ironic... or whatever..

Just know it is commentable.... what are they trying to tell me

My son lost his football over the fence.
